Function Description

This function allows you to print your lists of contact information in many different formats including
Day-Timer size 3 3/4 in x 6 3/4 in (9.5cm x 17.2 cm)
Day-Timer size 5 1/2 in x 8 1/2 in (14cm x 21.6 cm)
A simple text file ready to use as you see fit
A CSV, comma delimited file ready to use for any purpose you can think of
E_mail IDs ready to use in TO or COPY etc
Mail Merge Address Labels (not yet)
Address Labels (14 on 4 x 1.5 inch Avery 5159 5259 forms (c)
Address Label (Single on 8-1/2 x 11) with return address
Envelope (4 x 9 inch) with return address
Envelope (5 x 7 inch) with return address
Kindle (and other mobile devices) Address book with Index
These lists are formatted in real time from the most current data in your database. Many documents
such as address labels and envelopes are produced as RTF files, ready to print with no additional
manipulation required.
By restricing the alphabetic range of what you want to print, you can reprint only the pages which have changed
making it easy to keep your printed agenda books, such as your "Day-Timer (c), current.
